Devon - Exeter Accounts Maternity Cover £16-18000 Pro RataMy client is small but well established services business operating on a global basis. They are located on the outskirts of Exeter.Due to forthcoming maternity leave required by a member of staff, they seek to find a contract based replacement.Given that the appointment will be on a short term contract (minimum 6 months, maximum 9 months) the suitable candidate must be sufficiently experienced so as to take over the position following a one month overlap with the present Financial Assistant.Anticipated start time is beginning of July 2008 (Maternity leave commences beginning of August 2008).Duties will be primarily the day-to-day maintenance of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cash Books with particular attention to Credit Control.Preparation and input of all data necessary for generation of Management Accounts is required on a monthly basis.Accounting transactions are Sterling, Euros and US Dollars therefore a thorough understanding of multi-currency accounting is required.Trial Balance Consulting - Fresh Thinking Accountancy RecruitmentTrial-balance.co.uk is a specialist recruitment consultancy devoted 100% to the recruitment of Accountancy staff in Devon, Cornwall & Somerset.
