First tier automotive supplier in central Newcastle has an immediate requirement for a skilled quality engineer.
This highly desirable role has a strong bias towards Quality Auditing.
All applicants to this role must have a proven history of carrying out quality audits to the highest standards, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
It is extremely desirable for applicants to have an automotive background. Applicants with a detailed knowledge of TS16949 and experience of 8D, PPAP and general Automotive manufacturing processes will be fast tracked.
The chosen candidate must be able to hit the ground running without too much of a learning curve.
They must also be a strong communicator who is able to clearly relay ideas to all levels of staff and not afraid of challenging decisions and suggesting new methods and processes
