TRAINEE INFORMATION SPECIALIST – 11-month contractINVESTMENT BANKAn enthusiastic graduate is required to support a busy information and research team providing a high-level service to internal clients worldwide. This would be an ideal role for a person intending to pursue a career in business information management. Your areas of responsibilities include:Handling information requests in a professional and timely mannerDeveloping and maintaining content on team’s intranet siteInputting data into the team’s enquiry databaseActing as an internal advocate for the department’s services You must have excellent interpersonal skills combined with a ‘service’ attitude. You also need to be enthusiastic and work well under pressure. You will be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. Some work experience in a business environment would be an advantage.
