Insolvency / IVA : Client Liaison Customer Service Clerk£14,000 - £15,000 + Monthly BonusesBury, LancashireMy clients is fast becoming one of the North West’s leading Insolvency firms and are currently undergoing expansion in the North of Manchester.They currently wish to appoint an experienced Customer Service / Client Liaison Clerk to join their new Client Liaison department.As a Client Liaison Clerk, you will be welcoming new customers who have recently begun their IVA plan and maintaining good relations with customers by contacting them regularly to keep them updated as well as deal with any requests they may have.Previous Customer Service experience of the highest level is a requirement for this role.
