Position: Project Manager – High class refurbishment – Central LondonPackage: To £55k + car allowance + travel + package + bonusCompany Overview: My client is a respected privately owned main contractor who undertake negotiated new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £50m in value within the high spec residential, commercial and education sectors.Position: As their business continues to expand they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of a high spec £2m refurbishment in Central London ensuring the scheme is delivered to programme and quality budget within a safe environment. Individual: You will have an excellent track record of delivering cut and carve projects for a reputable contractor as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager and be looking to take charge of prestigious work within an employee focused environment.
