They undertake new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £150m in value on a traditional and design and build within the commercial, leisure and education sectors.Position: The business requires a high calibre Construction Director to be responsible for the procurement and delivery of c£100m worth of work. Reporting into the divisional Managing Director you will head up a team of Senior Project Managers ensuring the projects are secured on the right basis and delivered to programme, quality and budget within a safe environment.
