They are leading the way in this competitive sector within Peterborough and the surrounding areas, and have been established for number of years.The ROLEThey are seeking a talented individual to interface between the clients and the Director. The successful candidate will need to absorb the general office administration, calls, and organisation, to allow the Director to be 'released' to be more hands-on in the field. Cover is required on a part-time basis, Monday to Thursday afternoons, and all day Fridays within their Peterborough based office. This however is negotiable for the right candidate, and ideally the part-time position will develop into full-time. If you believe you are suitable but need full-time hours, then please apply.They need someone that has good all-round administration skills and the duties will include:*Producing quotations from a dictafone*Using MS XL to produce quotes*Organising appointments and managing jobs *Word processing or typing letters and other documents *Updating records and spreadsheets*Implementing new ideas, and helping with the development of the companies MS Access database*Helping with establishing and maintaining ISO9001 standards*Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries*The usual office duties incl filing, photocopying and printingThe CANDIDATEThey are looking for:*Initiative - to be able to offer new ideas for efficiency*Good general administration skills*An aptitude for organisation *Ability to cope well under pressure and prioritise*Excellent typing, written and spoken communication skills*Ability to multi-task *To be able to think outside the box and problem solve*Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, XL, Access and Powerpoint)*Ambition to grow and develop as the business expandsKeywords: Administration PA Secretary Office Administration Administrator Admin Reception Receptionist Co-ordinator coordinator clerk data input
