Description:
Based near to Stockport, my client is looking to recruit an experienced customer service administrator. Previous customer service is essential.
This is a demanding role where you will assist Account Managers in providing a comprehensive customer service, taking responsibility for the full ordering process from conception through to delivery.
You must have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and internal contacts. Being a team player and being able to prioritise your work load is very important.
A good IT knowledge is essential with knowledge of SAP being an added bonus!
