Due to ongoing success with both new and existing customers, Bolsover are looking for Cruise Sales Consultants to join Britain's latest and most innovative 'Cruise Centre' at Barlborough Links, Chesterfield. As a Sales Consultant you will encapsulate the Bolsover brand name and customer expectations by: ·Taking inbound calls from clients interested in a cruising experience, providing bespoke information, dealing with pricing queries and talking through the features and benefits of packages available. ·Making reservations and amendments to existing bookings. ·You will also make some outbound and follow up calls to existing clients who have shown an interest in a cruising holiday. ·Giving quality advice around company and related brand products and services. ·Building and developing relationships with existing customers - over 110,000 members benefit from regular mail-shots of early booking incentives and late offers and savings. ·Managing customers from initial enquiry and ongoing through their life-time as a Bolsover customer. The ideal candidate will have·A proven background in both sales and customer service·You will have excellent communication and organisational skills alongside a first class, friendly telephone manner ·The skills to remain calm in a pressurised contact centre environment and professional face to face with customers ·You must be adaptable, flexible and reliable and be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative ·Must be computer literate with good keyboard skills to use the in-house bespoke system and the internal database and internet ·Must be numerate with an eye for detail and the ability to retain a high volume of information A real passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations to achieve your personal and corporate targets. ·Bolsover is a company that value and understand the importance of quality customer service and strive to achieve excellence in all that they do.
