Description:
A well established International Hi Tech Company based in High Wycombe is currently looking for an German Speaking Customer Services Coordinator. Primarily responsible for processing purchase orders and quotes. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, fax, and email. Responsible for assuring product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. Responding to customer product enquiries and customer satisfaction issues. Interfaces with the customer prior to and/or after sale. Building and Maintaining excellent relationship with existing customers Coordinating with various functions in the company to ensure requests are handled in a thorough and timely manner. Acting a key interface between internal/external customers and Manufacturing/Logistics. You should live locally or be a driver with car. The successful candidate should be Bilingual, fluent in English and German. You should have solid customer services experience and bi computer literate. Excellent planning and scheduling skills are essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Self motivated with the ability to persevere and resolve issues to meet or exceed customer expectations.
