Description:
Our client, a leading international company is looking for a fluent German Account Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide customer service to a designated group of accounts and provide customers and account managers with accurate sales and order status information. Main responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders, dealing with enquires from customers and account managers, liaising with the credit department and other associated departments. You will speak fluent English and German (the ability to also speak French fluently would be advantageous), have about 1 year customer service experience in an office based environment and, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. You also will need to be flexible as some international travel will be required.
