Our client a top Insurance company based in the heart of Kingston are looking to recruit a Compliance Analyst to join their growing company.JOB PURPOSE To collate, analyse and comment on a broad range of compliance related areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering and analysing data and preparing reports in connection with;* Treating customers fairly (TCF) management information - including the main TCF key indicator reports* Regular risk reports for the risk committee and sales divisions* Preparation of data for monthly board meeting packs* Regular reporting of data to the Financial Services Authority, including complaints data* Design and distribution of complaint and breach reports both regularly and ad hoc* Maintenance and development of Access and Excel databases and reports* Helping to investigate budget data including queries that might arise* Secretarial duties - opening post, filing, general administration and support for Head of ComplianceKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES* Strong IT skills- Access, Excel & Word* Experience of creating reports and analysing data* Insurance industry/financial services experience an advantage* Office Administration* Working on own initiative* Delivery to deadlines* Attention to detail* Methodical approach to work* Reasonable speed and accuracy of typing* Proactive approach to problem solving and finding solutions* Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and management This is an immediate vacancy so to ensure you do not miss out on such a fantastic opportunity you must APPLY NOW!Parkside Office Professionals specializes in placing a wide range of professional and support staff into a variety of disciplines.
