£14,500 PA plus bonus and benefits
Hazel Grove, Stockport - Full Time, Permanent
I am looking for strong customer service people with outstanding Customer Service Skills to work for a leading sportswear retail company within a fun and lively call centre.
You will have experience of dealing with Customers at all levels with the ability to work towards targets and have strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
* You will deliver outstanding customer service to key account customers.
* You will taking orders and process customer orders over the phone
* Deal with enquiries and assist with customer needs
* Work to tight deadlines
* Deal with potential issues before the arise
