SALARY: £17,633 - £20,071 depending on experience plus 5% performance bonus. LOCATION: Field based role based out of Birmingham. COMPANY: Our client is a world-leading provider of information technology solutions. They provide first class training and excellent benefits as well as a management team that will support and encourage you. ROLE: To provide structured Multi Functional Device (photocopiers, scanners, printers, fax machines etc) and software training courses to customers and employees. Please note, you will be fully trained on the full product range. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Ensure customers have a good understanding of the full functionality of the purchased product/solution. b) Explain complex features in a format that ensures they appear user friendly, and are therefore utilised. c) Ensure that customers are charged for training when appropriate dependent on their product and contract type. d) Advise customers of additional software or hardware available and arrange for customer to be contacted by relevant salesperson if appropriate. e) Advise customers on additional support services where appropriate. f) Develop copy and print volumes by ensuring customers understand the features, benefits and applications of the products. g) Advise and respond to customer questions concerning billing, consumable ordering and meter reading collection. h) Ensure accurate reporting of work to Resource Management to ensure resource efficiency and maximise productivity. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in a similar discipline (IT, Training etc). b) Strong skills in the Microsoft Package, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint. c) Excellent presentation and communication skills with the confidence to present to groups. d) You must have a full drivers license and be willing to travel regularly.
