Description:
A training services company, based in the West End, is looking for individual to support 8 members of their sales team.
Our client provide specialised vehicle training courses at over 45 training centres across the UK.
They are looking for a highly organised and capable multi-tasker with a bright and confident telephone manner and excellent time management and administration skills. You must have strong IT skills (especially Excel & Word) the ability to make decisions under pressure and a willingness to 'get stuck in'.
Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential and you must have strong management and interpersonal skills.
Duties to include:
- Assisting customers in booking their courses at the nationwide centres, ensuring customers know where and when to go for their courses
- Liaising with training partners nationwide - enquiring on course availability and reporting that back to the customers
- Helping customers with any type of post-sales enquiry
- Providing necessary documentation to customers on request
Hours: 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £17,000-£20,000
