MANUFACTURING TECHNICIANSUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:To performing Manufacturing Process operations, the Jig loading/unloading of automated equipment used in the processing of semiconductor wafers and optical assemblyJOB CHALLENGES: To achieve and maintain standard yields and cycle times. Working as part of a team responsible for the delivery of quality metrics and product output to agreed schedulesWork on process improvement activitiesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Good Manual dexterity required for the small / delicate product componentsExperience of working with Chemicals and epoxy’s Good Team working abilityEXPERIENCE:Production type work experience an advantagePERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :Have good timekeepingHave a good attitude to work and to colleaguesMISCELLANEOUS (eg Shift-working)Must be willing to work a Rotating shift pattern if required.Please email your cv and covering letter to angela@crconline.co.uk
