Description:
Job Purpose· To assist in the end-to-end service delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the specifications agreed by the project stakeholders.· To support delivery of the contracted services to the customer in a timely and cost effective manner.· To support achievement of best practice standards of delivery and execution.· To support retention of contracted business and support growth of customer base.Principal Responsibilities· Assist in the management both internal and external resources as required to achieve successful project delivery.· Assist the team to promote customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in completing projects on time, within budget, and to the specifications agreed.· Assist in the management both internal and external resources as required to achieve successful project delivery.· Behave, and dress, at all times in a professional manner, within Company guidelines.· Produce regular reports, as required, for both Customer and internal use.· Where possible, minimise loss, and maximise profit within ethical boundaries.· Be able to deputise for other team members· Assist in the production of project plans, specifications and Project Initiation Document(s).· Ensure that all labour and materials are requested in good time.· Assist the effective communication of information to and between relevant parties.· Maintain in-house project tracking system as directed.· Assist in the timely production of the monthly internal management reports (as required).· Maintaining an up to date Risks and Issues Log as directed by Service Delivery Manager· Assist in the Change Control Process as required.· Arrange project meetings, and ensure that minutes are taken and distributed· Maintain Project Files· Ensure only appropriate costs are booked against the project and surplus materials are returned to stores and costs credited back· Compile work packages for engineers once received from the Service Delivery Managers· Compile work progress reports after obtaining information from Engineers on site· Invoice completed jobsDesirable Competencies/Skills required· Computer literate i.e. has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.· Good interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively.· Must be able to prioritise in response to Customer requirements.· Self-motivated.· Able to work under pressure.· Needs to be a good, proven team player.· Must be willing to learn· Minimum of 1 year experience in Management support in one, or more, of the following areas:o Telecommunicationso Mechanical & Electricalo Constructiono Proactive approach.
