Description:
This is an opportunity with a leading International turnkey contractor providing EPIC/EPC services to the oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore; with a particular focus on technologically challenging projects - activities in remote areas, deepwater, gas, difficult oil etc. Its drilling services continue to be distinctive, operating in many of the oil & gas industry’s ‘hotspots’, frequently in synergy with the Group’s onshore and offshore activities. The Group is a truly global contractor, with strong local presence in strategic and emerging areas such as West Africa and FSU, Central Asia, Middle East, North Africa and South East Asia.Duties:* Responsible for offshore pipelay procedure preparation and related engineering tasks* Responsible for interfacing with engineering supoort and administration of subcontractors related to laybarge construction operations* To provide site and offshore working construction supportExperience / Quals:* Engineering background* Project engineering experience* Offshore construction experience - ideally applied to offshore structural construction* Relevant engineering degreePositions available on either a contract or permanent basis.
