Joining SThree as a Trainee Recruitment consultant you will need the ability to be able to learn and absorb information, as we teach you everything that you need to know. Once your induction training is complete, it is then your chance to show us just how driven and successful you are. Canvassing new and existing clients to generate business, once found it is your responsibility to fill the position with a suitable candidate and make the deal.
The role is varied. Our consultants are expected to be advisers, business developers, sales executives, marketers, interviewers and much more. You need to be ambitious and have confidence as the role does involve cold calling and selling of the recruitment services of our company to clients. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, and therefore receive 100% of the commission.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or a Trainee looking to move into recruitment or sales. Ideally you will be a Graduate or Graduate calibre in any degree with at least 6 months commercial sales experience however this is not essential.
Ultimately as a Recruitment Consultant you must be money motivated, target driven and a enjoy a challenge as you will be working to targets and deadlines in an exciting sales environment.
