Our client, a well-known household name, seeks an ambitious and high achieving HR Business Partner for this South East home based role with some travel into London. Are you a graduate calibre HR Business Partner with a proven track record of success as a broad HR generalist within a high performance culture? Are you able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and HR practices? Do you have strong consultancy skills, have experience of working with senior level client groups and have the ability to challenge the status quo and transform desired culture into behaviours?
