You do not need any previous sales or recruitment experience, as full and in depth training will be given, and continued throughout your career. Relationship building with clients through providing high quality and relevant applicants is an important aspect of the business as well as building and maintaining relationships with applicants through successful placements.In return, jjFOX offers unlimited commission possibilities in addition of a basic salary of £13k, rising to £15k on successful completion of a short probationary period.
