Award-winning healthcare PR agency requires experienced Account Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join an award-winning PR agency. The healthcare division in this agency is one of the largest and most experienced teams of health communications professionals in the UK. It has the broadest set of skills under one roof ranging from healthcare expertise in launching pharmaceutical agents, diagnostics, prescription, pharmacy and over-the-counter products, to consumer health expertise in communicating the health and beauty benefits of everyday brands
As an Account Manager you will be managing communication programmes for a range of clients, likely to include the following therapy areas; 'cardio vascular, diabetes and anti invectives'. As an Account Manager you can expect to be liaising with clients and overseeing 1/2 juniors within the team who will be supporting you in your role. You will enjoy working for both UK and Global clients. You will be managing various forums of communications from media to stakeholders, patient groups and other influencers. You will have the opportunity to get involved with various congress meetings, either attending them personally with the team / your client or be instrumental in managing the set up and ensuring advantageous outcomes for our client in line with their strategic agenda.
