Our NHS client based in the South East is seeking an HR Consultant to project manage the implemention of the e-KSF toolkit.You will have extensive knowledge and previous experience of implementing the Knowledge and Skills Framework process including the creation of Post Outlines, assigning Post Outlines to staff, conducting and recording the Joint Development Review, creating Short Term Action Plans and the creation, management and evaluation of Personal Development Plans.Optimus Consultants are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
