Description:
Our client is looking for a Support Worker to assist in the day to day living of their service users. You would be working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour promoting Independence and attending appointments with them. Your main duties would include assisting with day to day life, taking service user out, working to care plan. For this post you must have previous experience working in the same field as well as hold all relevant training certificates.
