Part-time Outpatients Services Officer/Receptionist8 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday + same hours every other Saturday.£11,837 rising to 12,741 after 6 months probationWorking for this prestigous leading private hospital in SW London you will enjoy modern work environment, exceptional benefits with career progression opportunities.Working Monday to Friday for 8:00 am to 12 noon + the same hours every other Saturday This is a front facing demanding role where you will be responsible for all the activities of the reception desk eg patient registration, preparation of outpatient accounts, receipting payment for hospital services, booking appointments as required.You will therefore have excellent communication skills, good grammar/spelling with some cash handling experience as you are handling cash.You will also possess a positive and flexible disposition. be calm under pressure and have the confidence to deal with outpatients effectively.You will also need to be computer literate, ie word, however full training will be given on the in-house system.In return you will enjoy a modern working environment within a friendly professional team and enjoy the benefits of working for a large yet friendly organisation and exceptional benefits that include but not limited to:-·5 weeks holiday ·Private health cover·Subsidized restaurantSubsidized gym·IFSTL·Discounts on a wide range of products.
