Position: HR ManagerLocation: WindsorSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Are you an experienced HR professional and looking for a new challenging role to develop your skills? If so, this role would be ideal. Our client is a successful and leading independent advertising agency and they are looking for an HR Manager to take over the day-to-day responsibility for all HR. This is a brand new role therefore the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement an HR strategy for the business. In this role you will be working very closely with the Directors and on all aspects on HR. Key responsibilities:-Offering guidance and assistance with all aspects of recruitment-Salary benchmarking-Employee benefits / well-being-Preparing contracts of employment-Flexible working applications-Work permits / visa applications-Offering guidance and assistance with handling grievance and disciplinary matters-Keeping the Employee Handbook up-to-date in line with current legislation-Talent management-HR systems and administrationThe successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified. Previous experience in a Generalist HR role is essential as empathetic interpersonal skills, leadership and the ability to quickly engender trust, confidence and respect from management and staff alike.
