Description: HR Advisor - HRIS & MI - Basingstoke - up to £160 per day - Ongoing contractThis is a chance to join a large technology organisation with a global presence. You will take on a key role within their HR Services Team which is responsible for supporting the business / HR team with the HR System (HRMS), and processes that support the main policies and activities which have an impact on HR admin / payroll procedure. The main focus of this role is to support the HR Business Partner to ensure the integrity of the HRMS data, support the production of management information which will involve data manipulation of information from other sources as well as assisting with the implementation of HR processes based on business requirements.You should have experience with HR systems / HR data analysis enabling you to provide a variety of management information in a number of formats and also be able to support other members of the HR Services Team to be aware of the reports available and how to extract the data.Excellent IT skills are needed including Excel (including pivot tables & look ups), PowerPoint and Word.
