Learning and Development Business Partner - Retail - Midlands - c.£35,000 plus car and benefitsOur client has identified an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their high profile team. You will be an experienced learning and development professional, who enjoys delivering business focused strategies for all employees from induction to skills development, product, technical and compliance training as well as improving the leadership and management development capability by ensuring that everyone is engaged in a consolidated development career route that ultimately helps the business achieve its aims. Within the role you will engage with key stakeholders to understand their teams' development needs and guide them to ensure they are able to meet their own objectives. You will lead projects to investigate areas of development for the business and feel confident in presenting back your findings and solutions.In creating such an innovative and effective learning and development strategy, the role will require an experienced influencer, quickly able to identify the training needs within the business in a service orientated environment, as well as exposure to having delivered training to an experienced management population.This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation, implement a learning strategy, drive through change and really make a name for yourself.
