DEFENDANT PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER - KENTLeading legal 500 UK firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Defendant Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team.The candidateMust have 2 years previous experience of defendant personal injury work, including RTA, employer and public liability claims including multiparty actions and also have experience in:- - pursuing Indemnity and/or contributions from Co- defendants or third parties. - working in a civil litigation common law practice. - handling a high volume defendant fast track caseload. - running a caseload using a case management system. - time recording and meeting financial targets. - face to face case conferencing with clients and opponents.Skills & AbilitiesAble and willing to work as aprt of a teamReasonable level of IT skillsAble and willing to provide a high standaard of service to clientsAble to run a high volume target driven caseloadAble to apply a commercial approach to claimsAble to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesExcellent organisational skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood negotiation skillsExcellent communication skillsAble to work in own initiativeAble and willing to contribute to the successful development of the teamSense of humour!The firm offer - a competitive salary dep[endant on experience - contributory pension - Life cover to 4X salary - PHI cover after 13 weeks absence due to disabling illness - Private Health CoverExcellent opportunity to join leading firm.DEFENDANT PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER - KENT
