If you are looking for a vacancy in planning law and are living in or within commutable distance of Exeter, why not work for a regional leader in property and get to grips with some serious quality work?Whether your experience has been gained from the private or public sector, if you have an expertise at the planning enquiry stage particularly, are keen to develop a client base and are confident liaising at all levels we are keen to hear from you.Experience of dealing with environmental and highways law would be an advantage but is not essential.Working within the property division, you will provide advice and assistance to a range of clients who have new build projects on the go constantly and face having to get through compliance issues and obtaining of permission for major projects. There are often appeals to be undertaken and clients often require applications for judicial review, so there is real scope for you to be involved in the cutting edge of legal development, as well as undertaking the more routine side of planning advice, agreements and applications. The firm is pushing its public sector and whilst you will find that there is already a good client base and flow of instructions from this particular sector, your ability to develop this further will be welcomed and supported.
