Employment Paralegal is sought to join a Cardiff private practice. The successful Employment Paralegal will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years experience as an Employment Paralegal.The role will involve assisting in setting up procedures and a case management system to handle volume workload into the department and dealing with the initial instructions of these cases. The role will involve:Liaising with provider Making initial contact with the client Taking initial instructions Responding to client queries and updates Putting into place standardized procedures to ensure effective handling of the cases Dealing with other parties, negotiating settlements and resolving claims Instructing counsel Co-ordinating Case Management System/ Databases The successful candidate will be IT literate, have a good understanding of Case Management Systems and experience of operating such systems.
