Our client is a multi dimensional, global design and business consulting firm. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Risk Manager to join one of their teams in Solihull, Midlands. Responsibilities:·Supplement the project risk management team within the company·Integrate into project delivery teams and work closely especially with technical discipline leaders, planners and quantity surveyors·Provide risk management advice to internal and external clients in a variety of market sectors (esp. rail, highways, energy, aviation) at different project lifecycle stages·Reporting and advising on risk exposure and risk response plant to senior project staff·Assessing risk (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, schedule, revenue and reputation) qualitatively and semi-quantitatively·Quantifying CAPEX & schedule risk exposure using Monte Carlo simulation·Identify new project opportunities and areas of business activity for the teamRequirementsTo be eligible to apply for this positions you should have the following:·Extensive experience working as a Project Risk Manager·Experience and good understanding of the Engineering Sector·Proven track record of delivering projects successfully·Excellent client facings skills·Ability to multi-task and work on more projects at one time·Good communication skills ·Ability to make decisions and articulate their reasoning·Work well within a team and independentlyYou will be offered a very competitive package with:·Generous basic salary dependent upon experience, knowledge and background·Attractive package and benefitsIf you have experience in Project Risk Management within the Engineering Sector and are looking for a new challenge within an international, well renowned and highly established company, please contact the Recruitment team at Swordfish Resourcing attaching a recent CV and salary expectations.
