Description:
Join one of the largest professional services organisations in the UK. As Business Development Manager you will drive business development, generating new fees from targets and existing clients directly and in conjunction with the partners and fee earners. You will manage a coordinated approach to sales, targeting and pitch/proposal management. You will increase client retention and improve client satisfaction through local implementation of national client account management and client services initiatives. The role will liaise with the central Strategic Markets, Marketing Services and Business Development Teams, as appropriate, in the implementation of national strategy and initiatives locally. You will have strong business development and marketing experience, ideally gained within a professional services, financial services or similar industry. You will require a thorough understanding and demonstrable application of lead generation, sales and or client management activity and proposal/bid management.
