They provide a broad line of innovative products backed by world-class sales, service and support, which excel at delivering business value for its customers. Overall Purpose of Job:The recently formed EMEA Product Marketing team has responsibility for the Enterprise product portfolio across the EMEA region. Working in conjunction with the worldwide Product Management team in the USA, the EMEA Product Management team has responsibility for driving and supporting the product portfolio to ensure continued and sustained sales growth. The product portfolio covered by the team encompasses a wide range of enterprise class products including stackable switches, modular/chassis switches, wireless switches, wireless access points, network security systems and VoIP systems. Duties and Responsibilities:·Evangelist and advocate for the products·Technical and commercial support of the Sales teams·Tender support and bid reviews·Technical, positioning, solution and completive training for the sales teams·Roadmap presentations to the sales teams, customers and partners·Presenting at seminars·Press and journalist interviews·Providing feedback and input to the worldwide Product Managers on regional pricing and feature requirement·Analysis and filtering of new feature requests·Escalation and coordination of major customer issues·Assist with the generation of regional marketing materials·Input into regional marketing planning·Input into product planning and strategySkills and Experience:·A proven track record and experience in EMEA or International Product Management essential·Significant experience within the networking/communications industry is essential.·Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.·Strong knowledge of VoIP, data networking, switching, wireless networking, or network security is an advantage.Neal AllenTarget Alliance - Sales and Marketing Recruitment Specialistsneal@targetalliance.co.ukOffice: 01923 261329
