Location: South Wales or BournmouthA management role for a blue-chip financial provider, leading a team to plan and execute integrated consumer campaigns.You will be joining a blue-chip business with an impressive range of products and a superb support structure. Managing and motivating your team you will develop effective working relationships across a broad range of business areas, developing campaigns that meet the overall needs of the business.You will plan and budget effectively, and follow-up with effective campaign analysis, using your knowledge to develop clear customer contact strategies, optimising the use of media. Across all your work you demonstrate high-levels of brand awareness and an understanding of the overall corporate strategy.You should have relevant experience that includes direct marketing, client or agency-side, and team management experience. You will enjoy the detail of campaigns but relish the opportunity of understanding and helping to shape the bigger picture.
