Team Secretary / Business Development Team PA to £30k + bonus My client is one of the worlds leading property fund management companies. They are currently looking for a skilled ambitious team secretary / pa to assist in the smoth running of the business development and marketing team. The role is varied and includes duties such as Marketing Event / Conference supportWeb Site UpdatesAssisting in Marketing Team Administration Client Relations Preparation of pitch documents, fund literature and investor presentationsAssisting with communications and PR activity to ensure the timely production of documents e.g. “viewpoint” and other ad-hoc press releasesRequirements: A self starting individual who is able to demonstrate aptitude and experience in some of the following areas: a) Time management and planning skills. b) Is a clear communicator, team player and coordinator. c) Has an analytical and enquiring mind and is able to collect and analyse data. d) Great personality. e) Is pro-active, able to take on additional responsibility, and is comfortable interacting with, and presenting information, to senior management f) Excellent Microsoft office skills, and quick to learn new software packages Desirable a) Degree level education or equivalent b) Previous experience in a team PA / Secretary rolec) Second international language (although this role does not require travel) Interviews next week, For more info email CV.
