Description:
Newly created role in prestigious conference and publishing business which runs over 400 conferences & events across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.We are seeking a highly organised and skilled communicator to join the team as Sponsorship Liaison Executive. Reporting to the Sponsorship Liaison Manager, you will be the main point of contact and account handler for sponsors.The successful candidate will have numerous accountabilities and responsibilities including being the main holder of all signed contracts ensuring a thorough understanding of sponsor expectations.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills are also essential as you will be preparing and sending out welcome letters and manuals, creating schedules of internal marketing/logistics and production deadlines, chasing sponsors for logos, and liaising with key stakeholders.We want to hear from applicants with excellent organisational and negotiation skills, as well as the confidence to deal with people at all levels, from suppliers to key clients.Experience in budget management is essential, as is the ability to apply creativity to the development of exhibitor manuals.Ideally candidates will have already gained relevant experience in a similar role in a conference or event company.
