Event Technology SpecialistWe have a permanent position for an Event Technology Specialist based on a High profile hotel in York. The principle duties will include delivering a superior quality audiovisual service within the allocated hotel that goes beyond customer expectations by utilizing technical knowledge, hospitality skills and up-selling techniques. You will be responsible for supplying a range of Audio Visual Services and general client support services, maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with hotel staff, client representatives. Candidates should possess GCSEs or equivalent, HNC or equivalent in an AV related subject, or hospitality related subject. Ideally should have some experience in the hospitality industry and exposure to AV equipment along with some basic sales familiarity. It is also important to be professionally presented and exceed customer expectations at all times.There is an excellent benefits and commission scheme for this role and there are many opportunities to progress within the company, based on performance.
