Kellysearch will be just one medium on offer from a range of Reed online products, so you’ll need to be a fast learner, ideally with an understanding of online advertising solutions.Key responsibilities·To sell advertising effectively by phone to achieve individual and team targets·Responsible for achieving and exceeding both renewal and new business targets ·To deliver the right package for the client, therefore maximising the potential for renewal·To develop an effective working knowledge of competitors and client base·To keep abreast of advancements in internet technology ·Identify growth areas and exploit where possibleSkills and experience:·Proven success in telesales (cold calling) and excellent phone skills·Experience in B2B sales·Tenacity, self-motivation and drive to achieve targets·Great persuasive and communication skills·Quick thinker, able to adapt to changing marketplace·Excellent IT skills and good understanding of the internet·Negotiation skills ·Good time management and organisational abilities.RBI general benefits package:·Flexible working hours·Group pension scheme ·28 days holiday
