Description:
My client is ideally seeking an SME HR Consultant, who has worked on similar projects for large organisations. Your role will be to negotiate contracts for 200 + perm staff. My client is seeking experience in HR issues such as contractual implications such as relocation, travel costs and expenses, permanent transfers (not TUPE), Compulsory transfer, HM Revenue and Customs rules for taxation i.e. dual based taxation, place of work, working time directive, secondments etc Recruitment and Selection experience would add value, especially if you have recruited IT staff and ideally you would have worked in a project and change environment. The role is based in Leeds and the contract is for a minimun of 3 months and could last for 9 months.
