Job Title:TRAINING EXECUTIVEReporting to:MAJOR ACCOUNTS MANAGERObjective of Role:A new position has arisen from expansion of the team’s focus in ensuring our customers are fully trained on utilising our products and business tools. The successful candidate will be tasked with raising awareness of our services, by creating and implementing a fully comprehensive training programme, to our corporate estate agents across the North of the UK.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Account Executives, you will work across our core clients seeking to maximise revenue through the delivery training workshops.Work with the Account Executive to identify training needs, then prepare and present bespoke training sessions and workshops to deliver throughout our customer base, in a variety of group sizes and occasionally at conferences. Co-ordinate a minimum of 20 appointments per month to meet with clients and deliver training sessions.Manage and service existing accounts by advising, demonstrating and acting as a consultant on company products, thereby increasing client’s product knowledge and maximising sales potentialDevelop strong relationships with all customers to improve the perception of the company and its brands.Assist in Audits to include tracking and monitoring the performance of our products and services.Collating information and documenting the data into meaningful reports to be subsequently presented to senior management and clientsRequirements:Previous experience gained working in an Estate Agency is highly desirable. Resilient and enjoy mobility and accountabilityExcellent communication skills – confident to deliver presentations and training Ability to identify and deliver training solutionsAbility to form and maintain strong working relationshipsAbility to problem solve and resolve issuesFull driving licence – there will be travel in the role covering theNorth of the UK.Strong IT Skills to include: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet applicationsThe successful applicant must demonstrate proven sales training design and delivery and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
