My client are a leading Saudi based Property management company and they are currently looking to expand their team by developing a complete property solution. This new team will enhance property services by offering their clients facilities management. The successful candidate will manage one of the most prestigious property projects in the market at present. You will be working for one of the region’s most dynamic and innovative property management companies that boast some of the Gulf’s finest, largest and most ambitious real estate projects. This is an opportunity to oversee the property and facilities management of a mixed use development which is 1.5 million m2 built up area consisting of 7 residential towers, a podium containing a shopping centre, museum, entertainment areas and a hospital. As an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will have several years’ buildings and property experience, preferably 10 years, of running similar commercial construction projects and/or real estate and have taken full operational and commercial responsibility. You should have worked with European companies and you will be a personable team leader with management expertise. Your experience may be from a property/real estate background, or you may have a ‘construction’ slant, or facilities management experience. You will be pro-active and professional, with the confidence to present to clients and interact with the site communities. Our client aims to achieve the best results exceeding their customers’ expectations and your career progression will similarly reflect your dedication and service. The remuneration package comprises: Salary: c£40,000 tax free + benefits listed: Housing: provided. Transportation: provided. School Fees: Negotiable, Medical Insurance: provided. Ticket - Jeddah to country of origin, economy class once per year + family if resident with employee. Annual Leave: 30 days.
