Description:
Co-ordinate with the contractor and in-house surveyors / supervisors on disrepair, structural repairs and insurance claims.Resolve and administer any complaints not remedied in the stated time scales. Bring any areas of improvement to the corporate standards to the attention of the Property Services Manager.Authorise and administer responsive repairs budget within the Associations financial regulations and agree expenditure with Property Services Manager.Work along side the Property Services Manager in developing annual and medium term budgets relating to response / void maintenance, with specific focus on ensuring that future projections are consistent with the Associations strategy and reflect both business plan and efficiency targets.
