Description: Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take over a salaried partnership role within a well established law firm based in the Tunbridge Wells area of Kent.An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a prominent legal practice in the Tunbridge Wells area for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner to join this extremely successful doubled branched South East Law firm. The successful applicant should be a current property partner or experienced solicitor and will have a minimum of 5 years experience dealing with U.K Commercial Conveyancing and will have experience in managing teams within a property department.The role will involve a variety of Commercial Property aspects, including Maintaining House builder developers, plot sales and finance. The applicant will also have the autonomy to continue to develop the property department which will allow the free flowing input of ideas to continue the strategic growth of the department. The firm is also committed to ongoing career development of its employees and as such provide ongoing support and training to the right applicant. Current Property Partners are encouraged to apply as this will fast track to an initial Salaried Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.Excellent prospects for a gifted professional. Applicant: * Must have 5+ yrs PQE in Commercial Property * Have Management experience within a property department * Have the ability to think out side the circle to attract manage and maintain new and existing clientele High Salary + healthy commission will be awarded to reflect the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
