Housing Officer£27,196 to £30,743 pa35 hours per weekWood Green, London Ref: SHW1122We are looking for a Housing Officer to work as a key member of the sheltered team. You will be ensuring that quality housing management services are delivered by responding to customer and organisational needs, as well as promoting best practice.You will be at the cutting edge of our relationship with our residents, managing Supporting People contracts and working with external agents, so you will require strong experience in delivering key services to our customers. You will need plenty of energy, initiative and a real passion for providing the very best service to tenants.
