This renowned company has a 17 year track record in providing solutions to clients HR needs across the whole building industry, including Builders Merchants, Distributors, Manufacturers and Contractors. Their offices are strategically placed to provide national coverage and they have an intimate knowledge of the local marketplace.This successful company are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving team. The new Senior Recruitment Consultant will already have a couple of year’s recruitment experience. All disciplines will be considered as the key attributes you will need are having an intelligent, lively mind, innate sales skills, a sixth sense about people and a hugely proactive work style as well as the ability to exert influence and build quality relationships. This company offers a thriving team environment with continual training and development where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact within a long-term growth marketplace. There is never a dull moment with a constant stream of challenges requiring swift solutions. You will be involved in the whole consultancy process, dealing with clients and candidates handling a variety of assignments from field sales up to director level.
