THE ROLEAs a Project Manager you will be responsible for compiling lists of various candidates who are in the market place. The candidates will not necessarily be looking for work but it is essential that you provide a consultancy and advice service so that they understand who you are and where you are calling from. You will network for referrals , conduct salary surveys, track new companies progress within the market, generate business development leads, assist with the Operations Manager in preparing for business development calls and much more. IDEAL CANDIDATE* You will come from a strong sales background* You may come from a recruitment background, however this is not essential* You will be able to locate leads and generate referrals through your outstanding communication skills* Positive and confident with a "can do? attitude* Ability to build business relationships* Trustworthy, flexible and competitive* Excellent written and verbal skillsYES Rec2Rec has successfully placed over 550 recruitment professionals in the last four years and currently have 1700 live vacancies across the UK, Europe and World-Wide.
