Are you a talented Recruitment Professional who would like to opportunity to develop your skills within a growing organisation? Our client is a technical specialist providing consultancy recruitment services to a Blue-chip client list. They deliver multifunctional search and selection projects primarily across the technical markets, on a permanent basis. Working with multinational clients , your remit will be to search for, identify and target exceptional people at management, senior management and executive level. You will be fundamental in developing talent networks and will work closely with a small team of professional, dynamic, experienced consultants to deliver efficient, effective and successful solutions to your clients, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and integrity throughout the execution process. The successful individual will be a self-starting individual, adept at problem solving and will have the ability to deliver high output under considerable time constraints. Organization and project management skills are important but a natural fascination with people, and what they do, are prerequisites. You will be able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, have an adaptable personality and be instinctively intuitive. In addition to these skills, you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness, persuasive communication skills and a tenacious attitude.
