A fantastic opportunity has been created for Head of Buying Womenswear, for a significant retail business in London.A full career within Buying is essential to succeed in this role. You will inherit an existing and performing team, who require further direction and vision to lead them to the next level of growth.A vast experience in all aspects of the Buying remit will equip you to succeed in this challenging role.You will most likely have experience of more than one channel to market and with differing sizes of organisation.You’ll enjoy full accountability for the lion’s share of the business function and will have the track record, ambition and ability to deliver in this demanding role.Variety, multi-product, multi-discipline and multi-brand add up to an exciting and challenging remit for this Head of BuyingWith demonstrable evidence of product knowledge, fashion and style awareness, you will identify the hero lines with ease ensuring a tight control of business performance, profitability and efficient management of disposal lines.
