Leading retailer is looking for proven development individuals to join expanding team. You will be responsible for delivering leading standards in innovation and quality that anticipate or build on identified customer needs and contribute to the category plan and brand policies. You will need to have an excellent track record in product development, be highly innovative with an emphasis on commerciality and well organised. Ideal candidates will come from a retail or foodservice Product Development background but manufacturing and food journalists or chefs will also be considered.
